Late R B Seth Gujjar Mal Modi founder this college in 1967 in the sacred memory of our grand father Late Rb Seth Multani Mal Modi. His cherished dream was to provide quality education to the young men and women of the region. He also wished them to imbibe the spirit of nationalism and patriotic fervor so that they could play an active role in the momentous task of national reconstruction and social uplift. His dreams and ideals continue to guide and inspire us to work ceaselessly for the service of mankind.
