The College Principal is the overall authority to plan the Organization and Management of the College. He carries out all the activities related to academics, co-curricular, discipline and finance in a decentralized manner with the assistance and the advice of the Academic Council, five Deans, Registrar, Bursar, Office Superintendent and Accountant.

The Human power requirement is met by constituting various committees in such a way that the talent of each individual is fully exploited.

Recruitment is made in a thoroughly transparent manner to ensure that only the most talented and capable persons are selected.

The senior faculty members acquaint the new entrants with the objectives and the challenges of their jobs. In addition to this, the members of the staff are encouraged to attend refresher/orientation courses, workshops, conferences, seminars etc. to keep themselves abreast of the emerging trends in their respective fields.

The performance of the employees is monitored through Self-Appraisal Reports and ACR's.

Government grants, UGC grants, funds raised through Self-Financing Courses and the College funds constitute the financial resources of the College. The financial management is controlled by the College Management through the Principal with the help of the College Bursar.
