Departmental meetings, meetings of the Academic Council, interaction of the Principal with the students and their parents, proctorial duties etc and maintenance of ACRs of non-teaching staff, self appraisal reports of faculty members ensure the internal quality checks on the performance of the students and the staff.

The rich IT infrastructure is to be shortly put to optimum use by starting twinning programmes like Bio-Technology, Bio-informatics, Medical Transcription, BPO etc.

The regular academic programmes have been strengthened by starting self-financing courses like BCA, BMIT, PGDCA etc. and allowing IICE Technologies Ltd. Delhi to open its Authorised Study Centre for Distance Education Courses of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

For imparting value based education, the college arranges various extension lectures, promotes the NCC and NSS activities and encourages the students' participation in various social and religious activities. It also propagates noble ideas and positive values through the College Magazine/Wall Magazines.

The College provides ample opportunities for the all-round development of personality through active participation in games, sports, co-curricular activities, tours and excursions etc.

To give community orientation to the College activities, a public reading room has been opened and library facilities have been made available to prominent and the ex-faculty members. The College allows the use of its infrastructure to various Government and Non-Government organizations.
